Cancellation and Refund Policy
At the time of admission, Dehradun Defence School provides a document titled “Refund Policy for Admissions” in both Hindi and English. This document is to be read thoroughly and signed by both the student and the parent/guardian.
By signing “Refund Policy for Admissions” document, all parties acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions clearly mentioned within. Please note that once the document is signed, the admission is considered confirmed, and all clauses related to the refund policy become binding and enforceable.
Amount of any study material, article of uniform, gadget or any online course access will also be deducted from the amount submitted as fees.
We have tried to give all the relevant information on our website about the services we will deliver. No claim can be made on the grounds that a service was not provided, a service which we have not mentioned on our website.
Fess that is to be submitted in instalments should be submitted on time , late submissions may invite penalties.
Failure to pay fees may lead to expulsion.
We are not responsible for any glitch during online transactions.
In case of any medical emergency, Institute will pay only the consultation fees. Rest of the charges will have to be paid by guardians.
For any minor treatment, academy will bear all charges.
Note : the decision of what is minor and what is not rests with the academy.
